Twisted Digital Photography

It seems as if kids want to put their twist on everything. One of Digital Blue's latest products makes it easy for kids to twist their digital photos.

The U-Turn Digital Camera features a segmented body, allowing photographers to set the segment with 2.4-inch LCD screen at almost any angle to the lens, allowing for easy self portraits. Once the photo is taken, you can apply any of 12 morphs to the image, applying your own special effects. The U-Turn should cost around $50, and additional specifications will be available closer to the release date in spring 2009.

With so many children having access to cell phones with cameras, a manufacturer aiming a digital camera at tweens needs a product with a twist to entice customers. Digital Blue has developed an interesting one.
