Fujifilm has been one of the busiest camera manufacturers in 2010, offering 13 new camera models in February, and following up with four additional cameras this month. Here's a quick description of each new camera:
- FinePix F300EXR. Fujifilm's latest 15X optical zoom lens camera, the F300EXR ($329.99 MSRP, pictured here), includes a high-contrast 3.0-inch LCD screen.
- FinePix JX280. The ultra compact JX280 ($149.95 MSRP) manages to offer 14 megapixels of resolution and 720p HD video in a camera body measuring only 0.73 inches in thickness.
- FinePix S2800HD. The FinePix S2800HD ($259.99 MSRP) includes an 18X optical zoom lens and an optional HD Player Kit for enhancing the camera's 720p HD video capabilities.
- FinePix Z800EXR. With a 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD and high-speed auto-focus technology, the Z800EXR ($229.95 MSRP) has some advanced features for a point and shoot model.
All four cameras will be available in August or September.
Fujifilm has received both a 2010 DIMA Innovation Award and a 2010 TIPA Award for various camera models so far this year. We'll see whether the four new cameras will keep the awards rolling in for Fujifilm.
