The latest S-series camera from Fujifilm -- the 14-megapixel FinePix S2800HD -- puts together a strong combination of HD video capabilities and a large zoom lens.
The FinePix S2800HD's 18X optical zoom lens includes limited wide angle capabilities along with the strong zoom.
In addition, the camera can shoot 720p HD video and has a mini-HDMI port for connecting to your HDTV. You'll find a 3.0-inch LCD and dual IS with the S2800HD, which is important with such a large zoom lens.
Fujifilm will begin offering the FinePix S2800HD some time this month for an MSRP of $279.95. (Compare Prices) The S2800HD, which is available only in black, is called the S2900HD in some areas of the world and was part of the company's mid-July announcement of four new cameras aimed at the holiday season.
