Sony has included a 720p HD video mode in a relatively low-priced camera with its recently announced Cyber-shot DSC-W560.
The W560, which should be available this month in black, blue, red, and silver (shown here), offers a 4X optical zoom lens, 14.1 megapixels of resolution, and a 3.0-inch LCD.
Sony has included image stabilization and a "sweep panoramic" mode with the beginner-level W560, which should carry an MSRP of about $160. (Compare Prices)
