If you've ever wondered what the inside of your advanced digital camera looks like -- but you haven't had the guts to actually risk the valuable equipment by taking it apart yourself -- you're in luck!
Sony Electronics has created a new educational video that discusses the parts of the Sony a55 DSLR camera, which features a translucent mirror. The a55 video shows all of the interior components and electronics involved in operating the camera, and it's very interesting to watch, allowing you to learn more about how advanced cameras work.
I had a chance to review the a55 recently, and I thought it was a great camera. (For the record, I did not have the guts to take apart the model I was testing, so this video is much appreciated!)
