With 16MP of resolution and Fujifilm's new EXR CMOS technology, the FinePix F550EXR digital camera provides high-end imagery to go with many advanced features.
The F550EXR makes use of a back-side illuminated CMOS image sensor and Fujifilm's EXR technology to create high-end photos. The pixel array with EXR technology is rotated 45 degrees from standard image sensors.

The F550EXR is an upgrade to last year's impressive F300EXR, which I reviewed. This year, Fujifilm also has released the FinePix F500EXR, and both of these cameras appear to be strong models.
