Sony has announced three new point and shoot Cyber-shot cameras, including one that may be the most powerful ultra compact camera ever, in terms of resolution. The new cameras are:
- DSC-TX200V. The interesting looking TX200V ($500, pictured here) includes 18MP of resolution as well as a 3.3-inch display screen with touch screen capabilities.
- DSC-WX50. The WX50 ($200) has a 2.8-inch LCD screen and 16MP of resolution.
- DSC-WX70. The WX70 ($230) has specifications that closely match the WX50, but the WX70 has a 3.0-inch LCD and touch screen capabilities.
Look for all three cameras to be available for purchase in March. I'll have more details on each of them at that time in my blog.
