Sony's recently announced HDR-XR160 camcorder offers limited still image capabilities, shooting at 3MP, but it's the camcorder's 1080p HD video options that steal the show.
You'll find a 3.0-inch LCD and a 30X optical zoom lens with the HDR-XR160, which are impressive options. In addition, the camcorder has a built-in 160GB hard drive, which allows the HDR-XR160 to store up to 54 hours of HD video.
This top-of-the-line camcorder isn't cheap -- carrying an MSRP of $599.99 (Compare Prices) -- but it's one of the more impressive handheld video options around.
