Nikon has added another DIL camera to its arsenal, the Nikon 1 J2, along with an underwater housing for its Nikon 1 line of interchangeable lens cameras.
The Nikon 1 J1 was announced last year, and the J2 will be available in time for this holiday season. I'll have more details on the J2 (MSRP: $549.95) in my blog when it's released in September.
In addition, Nikon in September will be offering the WP-N1 underwater housing unit (pictured here), designed for Nikon 1 DIL cameras. The WP-N1 will be available in white or black, and it should cost around $750.
Finally, Nikon also recently announced a new point and shoot camera, the Coolpix L610 (MSRP: $249.95), which has a 14X optical zoom lens. I'll have more details on this camera after its September release, too.
