Thin cameras with large zoom lenses are starting to appear more often in the market. Still, it's not easy to find the best models that measure just under 1 inch in thickness while offering 10X or greater optical zoom lenses, such as the Canon PowerShot ELPH 520 HS pictured here, which has a 12X zoom lens in a thin camera body.
With that in mind, I've compiled a list of the best cameras that meet these criteria. I've included a few cameras that are slightly thicker than 1 inch, when those cameras have greater than a 15X zoom lens, just for a little variety in the list.
