The NX300 will have a 3.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen display that also is tiltable. The NX300 offers 20.3 megapixels of resolution and 3D capabilities when paired with the new 45mm F1.8 lens from Samsung.
The NX300 will carry an MSRP of $749.99 when it's released in March, and I'll have more information on this camera at that time in my blog.
This is an impressive first camera announcement related to CES 2013. I had a chance to review a related camera, the Samsung NX10, a couple of years ago, and it was a great model.
You can expect more of these advanced types of cameras to be announced in the next several days, as camera makers should be releasing fewer point and shoot cameras in 2013 in favor of advanced models.
You can read all of the details about camera announcements at CES 2013 in my blog going forward, so stay tuned!
