The biggest problem with cell phone cameras has always been image quality. Most have measly megapixels. But Samsung has blown those mini cameras away by unveiling its new 7-megapixel camera phone, the first in the world to take pictures of that quality, Reuters reports. The camera phone will make its official international debut tomorrow in Hanover, Germany.
