Definition: A TB (terabyte) is about 1,000 GB (gigabytes), 1 million MB (megabytes), about 1 billion KB (kilobytes), or about 1 trillion bytes of storage space.
A terabyte is a method of measuring the size of computer files, although it is too large to measure digital photo files. A terabyte will become more common to measure the storage capacity of a memory card, particularly SDXC cards.
