Guide Review - Epson PictureMate Deluxe Viewer Edition Photo Printer
Direct viewing and printing
A real advantage is its large 2.4-inch photo viewing screen for previewing and basic photo editing. While some printers are technically able to print directly from camera or memory card like the Epson PictureMate Deluxe does, often times you are guessing whether a picture is print-worthy with no preview or a small, black-and-white screen. This printer also accepts images from CD or thumb drive.Quality prints
The printer produces a smudge-free, lab-quality print in 75 seconds. The six-color ink system and 5760x1440 dpi results in rich images on the prints.Lots of print options
While 4x6" photo printers are usually limiting, as you can't do any enlargements, the Epson PictureMat Deluxe has an impressive list of printing options, including proof sheets, wallets, mini wallets, 3x4" or a choice of 15 Disney borders great for kid pictures. You can also choose to print in sepia tones or black and white.
