My Review 

It is a superb system Digital SLR. It has been superceded, but not surpassed. It does take a bit of study to really use it correctly, but when you do, wow! It was a move 'up' from a Nikon 5700; they are world's apart in approach, but the D1X still maintained the quality of camera and the support I had come to expect.

Camera "pros" 

Flexibility; uses most Nikon F series film lenses; quality; Nikon service support.

Camera "cons" 

Just a tad heavy; does take some time to learn to use.

Is this camera easy to use? 

How is the image quality in good lighting? 

How is the image quality when using the flash? 

Do you like the camera's style and feel? 

How is the camera's LCD screen? 

Do you feel like the camera is/was a good value?
