My Review 

I had this camera for 10 months, and I have been very careful with the device, never using it to its limitations. It leaked water in taking photos of my kiddies in the local pool, and the camera is now not working. There's no warranty, because I can't find the receipt -- despite a credit card statement showing payment to the store. Strangely, I still have the box and all the books, too.

Isn't what it's advertised to be, not tough at all, definitely not waterproof
