Does the Camera Have Any Identifying Marks?
It has a dent in the bottom right corner under the 'Menu' button and a few paint splatters near the dent from when my sister got paint on it. It also has a small split in the upper left corner of the LCD screen frame.

When Approximately Was the Camera Found / Lost?
It was some time between May 29 and June 1 (my sister didn't mention she'd lost it until a few days after it happened, as she was hoping she'd simply misplaced it and fearing our parents would be angry).
Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
She was with some friends, hanging out near the Fountain of Freedom on Washington Road in Princeton, N.J., near Princeton University. She left her bag with our Canon PowerShot on top of it on a bench while she and her friends went into the fountain (so as not to get the camera wet). She was in the fountain for 10 minutes and then came back to get her bag only to find the camera was gone.
Lessons Learned
- NEVER leave an expensive piece of equipment like an iPod or camera or laptop out for all to see.
- NEVER leave your bag unattended with anything so priceless in it, even if it's with a friend. They can be just as unreliable as you can.
