Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
It was lost somewhere between Marco Polo Airport in Venice and airports in Philadelphia, Pa., and Charlotte, N.C. It may have been removed from the carry-on bag in a rare unguarded moment or pilfered by a baggage inspector.
Lessons Learned
- Always remove memory card and store in a secure pants pocket when traveling.
