Did You Find a Camera? Or Did You Lose a Camera?
Lost a camera
Describe the Camera, Such as Brand/Model/Color.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90, navy blue, 8.1 megapixels. It has a handstrap with a Winnie-the-Pooh charm that's dressed as a blue elephant.
Does the Camera Have Any Identifying Marks?
It had a lot of scratches and looked really worn out. I had tape on it as well. The camera with the memory card had a lot of pictures of a concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York.
How Should the Camera's Owner / Finder Contact You?

When Approximately Was the Camera Found / Lost?
This was on the night of Nov. 12, 2010.
Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
I lost my camera riding the Amtrak from New York City, Penn Station, to Newark, N.J., Penn Station. After that, I rode an Airtran from the station to the Newark International Airport. Then from there, I rode a shuttle bus to the airport Ramada Inn. I think I lost it on the Amtrak, Amtrak Station, the Airtran waiting room, or the Airtrans.
Lessons Learned
- Attach contact information to my camera both inside and outside. I'm going to take pictures of contact information and lock into my camera's memory and SD card, so that, if someone finds it, they can contact me to return it.
- Always double check if I have all my valuables with me.
