It was lost in October 2010 at the Apple Festival in Ellijay, Ga.
Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
It was lost at the Apple Festival in Elliljay, Ga., as we were waiting to catch the shuttle bus back to the parking lot. Someone in line said they saw a man find it and ask around about who owned it, but, by the time I realized it was gone, the man had left on the shuttle bus.
Lessons Learned
- The first picture on your camera should always be a picture of a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and e-mail adress on it.
- I am positive the person who found my camera was a good person, but he had no way to know how to return the camera to me. It had been almost 4 months since I downloaded the pictures off the camera and I lost some very precious and irreplaceable memories. I would gladly give a reward that was worth many times the price of the camera just to have the pictures back.
