Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
Savannah, Ga., USA, on Tybee Island/Whitemarsh Island, at The Crab Shack Restaurant. It would have been found at the outside bench area. My camera was in a silver camera case with a belt loop on back of case; in the pouch under the opening flap of the case were two plastic card holders one with the card inside (the other card is in the camera). Those cards held pictures of my grandchildren and family as well as Savannah, Ga., sites. Apparently, someone had just picked the camera up because when we realized it wasn't with us and came back for it, a family inside the restaurant told my husband they had just seen it on the bench outside the restaurant. PLEASE return this camera but especially the cards! It isn't your property. It was bought with money my father left me after his death. He was an avid "picture-taker" and because of this wanted us all to have a nice camera. To me, it isn't just a camera, it holds lots of dear memories. If you found it, you know it isn't your property; PLEASE return it to me. God sometimes gives us challenges to help us grow in his grace. You will receive a blessing if you return this property to its rightful owner.
Lessons Learned
- Usually, I'm very careful with my belongings. This day, I had g'kids and wasn't feeling well myself. Please return this camera if you have it and read this. The pictures on the cards are invaluable to me!
