Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
There is a place in New Zealand's North Island called Wanganui. Tower Hill has a monument at the top, similar to a lighthouse, which you can walk up inside. There is an empty paddock nearby, and a lift that was built in the early 1900s. Kids still use this lift to get to school. We were using the camera near the footpath, and my partner placed it down to take some still photos with another camera. It was left behind. We traveled back, after realising we had left it there, and it wasn't to be found. Perhaps it was picked up by a schoolkid. We have contacted all schools in the area and offered a reward for its return. If you know of someone who may have found it, please download the photos for me on to disk and send to: P.O. Lessons Learned
- Plan your stay and leave flexible times for your itinerary, and if you don't have enough time to fulfill all of your plans, don't be in a hurry to get going.
