Why, How, and When I Switched From Film to Digital
May of 2008, I purchased my first digital camera.
I still use my Pentax K-1000 35 mm for important occasions.
The digital camera was small and light.
I was looking for something less bulkier than carrying my two Pentax cameras and assorted lenses.
Lessons Learned
- The camera was OK for my first camera.
- It was easy to use and I considered it a trainer camera.
- The problem I had with it was the slide door that holds the batteries in place broke soon after I purchased the camera.
- Also the four batteries it took didn't last very long.
