Canon PowerShot A570 IS

No special lenses used

What Was the Weather Like? What Was the Lighting Like?

Photo taken on a cloudy day. I waited for the sun to shine, but no luck. It was an outdoor scenic enviroment. There were no flashes used. The lighting conditions were excellent and needed no extra flashes to change the brightness or to reflect a change of any kind to the original photo. The dullness of the day gave great aperture to the character of the photo.

Advice

  • No, I would not have changed any thing in or about the photo. It represents itself so well. Almost call it a "still life" photo.
  • No change to duplication.

If You Remember, What Were the Camera's Settings?

Auto mode

What Type of Planning Was Needed to Set Up This Photo?

No planning needed. I was driving by after the "Sleet Storm of 2010," and I was lucky enough to capture this photo, which speaks for itself. The daylight was awesome, and it is one descriptive photo.

Why Is This One of Your Favorite Photos?

My favorite photo for the season, because I can really say it gives truth to the saying: Being in the right place at the right time. It'll most definitely be a once in a lifetime photo for me. I'll probably never have the honor of capturing this image again. It's awesome!

What Did You Learn About Photography With This Photo?
