What Type of Camera and/or Lenses Did You Use?
The camera type that I used is a Kodak DC280 Zoom.
What Was the Weather Like? What Was the Lighting Like?
It was a very cold morning, around 30 degrees at the time. As you can tell, it was a beautiful autumn Sunday morning, with a clear, sunny sky overhead. You can tell that the sky was very blue and clear. Naturally, the picture was taken outdoors. My back was pressed against the doorway of the local newspaper office.
Advice
- I don't think that I would have done anything differently when taking this particular picture. I just wished that I did not catch the professional building of the hospital in the photograph, but that could not be helped. I had to use a very wide angle. I would really appreciate any suggestions on how that I could get the hospital professional building out of the picture without cropping the edges.
If You Remember, What Were the Camera's Settings?
The settings were set on automatic, mostly.
What Type of Planning Was Needed to Set Up This Photo?
I had to go across the street to be able to get a very wide angle view of the church.
Why Is This One of Your Favorite Photos?
This is one of my favorite photos, because I think that it is the best picture that I believe that I have taken so far. Even my mother thought that the picture was done very well.
What Did You Learn About Photography With This Photo?
As with any other photo, I think that it takes a lot of planning to get a good picture. Once in a while, however, a person will get a great picture without planning.
