What Was the Weather Like? What Was the Lighting Like?
It had just started snowing and only the streets had been cleared. The picture was taken at night and the only light was coming from the street lights and the lighting surrounding the Naval Academy Chapel.
Advice
- Use a tripod, it makes all the difference in the dark.

It was snowing out, and I decided I wanted to take pictures of the Naval Academy before they plowed most of the snow away.
