Japplis Photo Editor Offers More Than 100 Effects

Follow me on:

A new Web-based Java software package from Japplis, called Japplis Online Effects, gives photographers an easy-to-use method for applying cool effects to their images for free.

The software gives photographers more than 100 effects, including blur, mirror (shown here), black and white, and superimposed text. You don't have to create an account or upload photos to the Japplis server. Instead, the software applies the effects to the photos completely through Java software in the Web browser. You may have to download the Java application before using the software.

The effects are very basic, but they work pretty well ... and it's impossible to argue with the price.

Agree with the previous commenter. Even upgraded my Java to the newest version. Still nothing. When uploading the picture, rather than the picture appearing the file name appears. Great idea and would be a wonderful software if it worked. Verified java is installed correctly on my pc but still nothing.
