Three new DSLR lenses from Canon now are available for purchase, and the EF and EF-S lenses offer plenty of versatility for DSLR photographers.
- EF 100 mm. The 100mm f/2.8L macro lens offers hybrid image stabilization capabilities, making it easy to take successful extreme close-up photos for about $1,050. (Compare Prices) The EF 100 mm works with all Canon EOS cameras.
- EF-S 15-85 mm. The 15-85 mm f/3.5-5.6 lens (pictured here) offers great wide angle options, along with limited telephoto capabilities for about $800. (Compare Prices) The EF-S 18-55 mm lens works with all Canon digital cameras that are compatible with EF-S lenses.
- EF-S 18-135 mm. The 18-135 mm F/3.5-5.6 lens trades off a little less in wide-angle capabilities than the EF-S 15-85, but features a little more in telephoto options for about $500. (Compare Prices) Any Canon camera that can use EF-S lenses will work with the EF-S 18-135 mm lens.
