Canon has just announced several new photography products, including three new PowerShot cameras.
I'll have more details on each of these new models in my blog in the next few weeks, but here is some basic information.
- Canon PowerShot S95. The S95 (pictured here) should excel in macro photography, and it provides some advanced features for more experienced photographers. Look for the S95 (MSRP $399.99) to be for sale in a couple of weeks.
- Canon PowerShot SD4500 IS. Look for the SD4500 in early September for an MSRP of $349.99. It features a 10X optical zoom lens and can shoot video at up to 240 frames per second.
- Canon PowerShot SX130 IS. With a 12X optical zoom lens and a 3.0-inch LCD, the SX130 (available for sale soon) offers some advanced features for a $249.99 MSRP.
These new PowerShot models join nine new Canon cameras announced earlier this year, including five models in February and four additional models in January.
Additionally, Canon has just announced three new photo printers, including: The Selphy CP800 compact photo printer (MSRP $99.99), the Pixma MG8120 wireless printer (MSRP $299.99, Compare Prices), and the Pixma MG6120 wireless printer (MSRP $199.99, Compare Prices).
