Canon's latest advanced point and shoot camera -- the PowerShot S95 -- offers an interesting mix of features aimed at intermediate photographers in a small camera body.
Canon has included some nice advanced features with its PowerShot S95, which includes the ability to shoot in RAW format. The S95 also should be strong performer in macro mode, and it contains quite a few more manual controls than you'd expect to see in a point and shoot camera-type body.
Canon has included an advanced image sensor with this camera, allowing for high-end images with 10.0 megapixels of resolution. The S95 also has a 3.8X optical zoom lens, a 3.0-inch LCD, and 720p HD video.
The S95 should be available now from selected retailers with an MSRP of $399.99. (Compare Prices)

The Canon PowerShot S95 is the best compact digital camera, bar none! I have the Canon Digital Rebel which is totally awesome, but I can’t always take it with me like I can the PowerShot s95. It takes clear and bright pictures, even in low light. The close up function is blur free and it is a great point and shoot camera. It can easily fit into my pocket, so I do end up taking it everywhere and capturing that “Canon” moment. The video camera is really good and the full stereo audio will not leave you speechless (loud and clear!) Overall the best digicam on the market! I did a review on squidoo on thes95
Great for canon s95 black friday I review it on the web. It’s great for digital camera in 2011. Thanks
