Olympus has just announced its latest DSLR camera, the E-5, which carries some very interesting features, such as:
- A 12.3 megapixel live MOS image sensor, which allows high-speed autofocus.
- A 3.0-inch high-resolution LCD that can swivel away from the E-5.
- Various art filter options in all shooting modes.
- 720p HD video capabilities.
Olympus will begin selling the E-5 in October with an MSRP of $1,699.99 for the camera body only. (Compare Prices) With the surge in DIL cameras lately, it's nice to see a high-end DSLR appear on the market in time for the holidays.
