Fujifilm has strongly added to its FinePix lineup of digital cameras this morning, announcing 16 new models.

  • FinePix AV200. Look for the AV200 (MSRP $89.95) to use AA batteries, making it work well for beginners, and 720p HD video capabilities.
  • FinePix AX300. The low-priced AX300 ($99.95) has specifications of 14MP (megapixels), a 5X optical zoom, and a 2.7-inch LCD.
  • FinePix F500EXR and F550EXR. Both models feature fast response times, thanks to a CMOS image sensor, full 1080p HD video capabilities, and a 15X optical zoom lens. The F550EXR ($349.95) has a built-in GPS, while the F500EXR ($329.95) does not.
  • FinePix HS20EXR. The powerful HS20EXR (pictured here, $499.95) can shoot up to eight frames per second at full resolution and features a 30X optical zoom lens.
  • FinePix JV200. You'll find 14 megapixels of resolution and a 3X optical zoom lens with the budget-priced JV200 ($109.95).
  • FinePix JX300. A 5X zoom lens and 720p HD video capture capabilities highlight the low-priced JX300 ($129.95).
  • FinePix JX350. The JX350 ($159.95) likely will be one of the least expensive, 16-megapixel cameras in the market in 2011.
  • FinePix S2950. An 18X optical zoom lens highlights the S2950 ($229.95), which includes 14MP of resolution.
  • FinePix S3200. Fujifilm designed the S3200 ($249.95) to work well in low light with improved image stabilization features, which are key for a camera with a 24X optical zoom lens.
  • FinePix S4000. You'll find a high-resolution, 3.0-inch LCD screen and a 30X optical zoom lens in the S4000 ($279.95).
  • FinePix T200 and T300. Fujifilm has built a pair of ultra compact cameras with the T200 ($179.95) and T300 ($199.95), both of which feature 10X zoom lenses. Both will also have a brush metal finish on the camera bodies, which measure about 0.73 inches at their thinnest points.
  • FinePix XP20 and XP30. The colorful XP20 ($199.95) and XP30 ($239.95) are upgrades to last year's impressive FinePix XP10, both offering several "tough" features, such as being waterproof up to 16.5 feet. Both cameras feature 14MP of resolution and a 2.7-inch LCD.
  • FinePix Z90. Fujifilm's Z90 ($169.95) will bring touch screen LCD technology to a budget price point. The Z90 can shoot at 14MP of resolution.

Most of these cameras appear to be upgrades to some of the cameras in Fujifilm's successful 2010 FinePix lineup. I'll have more detailed information in my blog on each of these cameras much closer to the actual release dates in February, March, and April for these models, so stay tuned!

Additionally, keep checking in with my blog later today for more camera announcements from CES 2011!
