Manufacturers continue to merge powerful digital cameras with smartphones in 2011, and the latest model is the Altek A14 Leo.
Altek, a Taiwan-based digital camera maker, has paired a 14 megapixel camera with an Android OS smartphone. The A14 Leo will use the Android 2.1 Eclair OS.
Additionally, the A14 Leo offers a 3.2-inch touch-screen display and WiFi capabilities. For now, the A14Leo will only be available in Taiwan and China, but you can expect such high-resolution camera/smartphone mergers to continue in the United States and Europe soon.
