When Approximately Was the Camera Found / Lost?
The camera was lost at about 11 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2010, at the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament in New York.
Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
I accidently left the camera in the women's restroom on the lower level of Ashe Stadium (between gates 4 and 5) at the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament in New York City after the night session. Although I miss the camera, I am most upset about the SD cards that were in the camera and in the outside pocket, since they had all of my photos and videos of my trip to Egypt the previous spring and of the tennis tournament.
Lessons Learned
- Do not put your camera down apart from other items when you are carrying a lot of stuff
- As for me, if my camera is not in a carrying case on my belt, or on a wrist strap, I plan to stow it in my bag when I'm attending to other things.
