When Approximately Was the Camera Found / Lost?
Lost Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, around 7:30 p.m.
Where Exactly Was the Camera Found / Lost?
The camera was lost between the Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. We left the Lincoln Memorial, moving toward the Vietnam Memorial, and stopped at the gift shop across the street from the park ranger station. When we arrived at the Vietnam Memorial, we found it was missing. My wife sat on a bench outside the gift shop, where the buses load and unload. It may have been left on a bench. If you look at the pictures on the card, there will be a couple with Tennessee orange on.
Lessons Learned
- Keep a close look at what you are carrying and don't try to buy a lot of things, having more to keep track of.
- Always try to carry your camera in a purse or backpack, not with the strap around your wrist.
